About my Counselling Services

Counselling/therapy and EFT sessions last 50 minutes and cost £75. I offer in person sessions at Dobson House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, or online — whichever feels best for you. 

The ADHD Café meets on the first Saturday of the month and costs £7.50. 

Coaching sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £150.  Block booked sessions are available at a discount. Please ask for more information.  Payment plans are also available.

You can book below or by getting in touch with me directly. If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund; after that, the full fee applies.
