Counselling and EFT sessions last 50 minutes and cost £65. I offer counselling in person at Dobson House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, or online — whichever feels best for you. 

The ADHD Café meets on the first Saturday of the month and costs £7.50. 

You can book below or by getting in touch with me directly. If you need to cancel, please give at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund; after that, the full fee applies.
