The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy is the Professional Organisation to which I belong. It contains a lot of information and resources about counselling and psychotherapy. You can also find my details on the BACP register.
As a member of the BACP I adhere to it’s guidelines and ethics that are outlined in the BACP Ethical Framework. You can find more information and resources on the BACP website.

NHS Choices 111
111 is the NHS non-emergency number. When you call 111, you speak to a highly trained advisor, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.
You should use the NHS 111 service if you urgently need medical help or advice but it’s not a life-threatening situation.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
This is a twice yearly day of workshops and presentations exploring personal and professional change.
